1. General Policy

We offer fitness services, training programs, and/or workout sessions that are delivered either in person or online. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed—except in limited circumstances outlined below.

2. No Refunds for the Following

You will not be eligible for a refund under the following conditions: No-show for a scheduled session Late cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session Failure to participate due to personal scheduling conflicts Lack of medical clearance provided after purchase of services Change of mind or dissatisfaction with a training method after services have been rendered

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances: The service was purchased but canceled by a technical error occurred during the transaction resulting in duplicate charges medical conditions preventing participation, with a valid doctor’s note submitted within 7 days of the issue arising (refunds are issued at our discretion)

2. Payment Method and Processing Time

All payments must be made through our secure website using authorized payment gateways (e.g., Wix Payments, cash App). If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

3. Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

  • Ensure availability for scheduled sessions

  • Communicate any medical issues prior to booking

  • Read and understand this Refund Policy before making a purchase

4. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in relevant jurisdictions. If your local law provides additional rights beyond what is stated here, we will honor those where required by law.
