By using this website and/or booking services through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Appointments and Late Arrivals
15-minute grace period is allowed for all scheduled sessions. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit the session at the trainer’s discretion, and the session will be considered a no-show.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
No cancellations or reschedules are accepted within 24 hours of the scheduled session.Any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will be treated as a late cancellation, and the session will not be refunded or credited.All rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice will be marked as a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-show sessions.
4. Medical Clearance
All clients must be in good physical condition to participate in fitness sessions.If you have any medical condition, injury, or illness, you are required to provide written clearance from a licensed medical professional prior to participation.We reserve the right to request updated medical documentation at any time.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments must be made in advance through the website using the available secure payment options.No cash payments will be accepted for services booked online.All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued except in cases where the session is canceled by us.
6. Limitation of Liability
By participating in any training or fitness session, you acknowledge the risks involved and assume full responsibility for your health and well-being. You agree not to hold "Workout with Mani" or its staff liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation.
